Omarosa 'physically dragged' from White House

Omarosa Manigault Newman supposedly "resigned"from the Trump administration. But is that all there is to it?

Probably not.

The White House announced on Wednesday that Omarosa, the "Apprentice" star who became a White House aide, will leave the Trump administration. However, the Wall Street Journal reported that her departure was abrupt and her exit confrontational.

An anonymous White House official told the Journal that Omarosa was "physically dragged and escorted off the campus" late Tuesday.

It isn't clear what exactly happened and when asked by Fox News if she was fired, they danced around it and told them to read the brief statement from the White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, whose job it is not to clearly answer any significant questions about any significant issues.

Sanders' statement said: "Omarosa Manigault Newman resigned yesterday to pursue other opportunities [like selling cell phone subscriptions]. Her departure will not be effective until January 2018. We wish her the best in future endeavors and are grateful for her service."

Do they really wish her the best? It isn't January and she's gone.

Supposedly she has been drawing scrutiny from White House Chief of Staff John Kelly. This past spring she brought a 39-person bridal party inside the White House for a photo session in the Rose Garden.

It isn't known if she had permission, but if she didn't, you can bet Kelly gave her hell for it and she was banned from posting any of the photos online by White House officials citing security and ethical concerns.
