"The Knee Jerk" remains unsigned through six weeks of the 2017 NFL season. Now he claims the league has it in for him.
Boo-hoo.
According to Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman, the suck-worthy QB of the San Francisco 49ers filed a grievance against the owners for collusion under the latest collective bargaining agreement.
What Kaepernick is trying to accomplish by this filing of a grievance, according to a source speaking to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk is that he "wants to trigger termination of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
"Article 69, Section 2 of the CBA allows for the agreement to be terminated prematurely in the event of proof of collusion. Under Article 17, Section 16 (c) of the CBA, termination can arise from only one incident of collusion involving only one player if there is clear and convincing evidence of a violation."
If Knee Jerk is somehow able to get signed to an NFL team it probably won't matter because people are getting more and more disgusted and tuning out the NFL.
