George Zimmerman: the Prosecution Rests.

The prosecution has rested in the George Zimmerman murder trial and Zimmerman's defense team has put his mother on the stand. This just goes to prove that even George Zimmerman has a mother. Funny, Zimmerman's mother is about the same melanin level as my wife--she does not look white and clearly isn't. But all the leftist media, the movie stars and President Obama called him white--they wanted a racial trial because they cannot be happy when their political platform (that all conservatives are 

old white racists) is a non-issue.

So it's obvious to people with eyes and vision that Zimmerman is not an old white guy--he's young and has a racially mixed family, and the prosecution has not made a clear case of murder. If the shoe was on the other foot and it was Trayvon on trial, I have a feeling that it would be a slam-dunk for the defense. But Trayvon is dead and the man who has been characterized as a white guy shot a black kid (whose photos make him out to be 12) and I'm not comfortable that he will be acquitted. Even the doctor who performed the autopsy on Martin was a courtroom dud with what appeared to be a clear bias for the Martin family.

Why? Because if Obama had a son, he would look like Trayvon Martin. And if that isn't good enough to convict, it's good enough to get Chris Matthews to volunteer as a hit man. Sometimes it's just wise to say nothing about legal matters that don't concern you--unless they do concern you because you want them to be racial to divide unify the country.

My latest novel, Jihad Joe, is about Islamic terrorism and suspense.  In it I challenge the precepts of the religion through my protagonist, Zed Nill, a journalist, captured by terrorists and who is destined to be killed if the American President refuses to release three Gitmo prisoners.  Of course, American policy demands we never give in to terrorists, and for Zed, the clock is ticking.
