Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman is a good friend of former President Trump and helped his administration implement the Abraham Accords and move the U.S. Embassy to where it belongs: Jerusalem.
Friedman is warning American Jews about the two faces of Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, and how her words are as empty as her pantsuit when she gave her acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention late Thursday night while the crowd was first hoping to hear from Beyoncé who never showed and was never called.
“Let me be clear,” Harris began. “I will always stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself, and I will always ensure Israel has the ability to defend itself, because the people of Israel must never again face the horror that a terrorist organization called Hamas caused on Oct. 7, including unspeakable sexual violence and the massacre of young people at a music festival.”
Then she turned to the larger voting block, Palestinians, contending, “At the same time, what has happened in Gaza over the past 10 months is devastating. So many innocent lives lost. Desperate, hungry people fleeing for safety, over and over again. The scale of suffering is heartbreaking.” [FAFO]
“President Biden and I are working to end this war, such that Israel is secure, the hostages are released, the suffering in Gaza ends and the Palestinian people can realize their right to dignity, security, freedom and self-determination,” she claimed, having never read the Hamas Charter or the Koran and the Jew hatred within it.

“And know this: I will never hesitate to take whatever action is necessary to defend our forces and our interests against Iran and Iran-backed terrorists,” she blustered.
Friedman went on to analyze Harris’ statements to clarify what the Jewish community could realistically anticipate if, heaven forbid, she were elected. "To my friends who support Israel, many of you might be feeling reassured after @VP made some comforting remarks about Israel. I urge you to reconsider," he cautioned on X, outlining how Harris had skillfully manipulated her words:
I’ve lived these issues now for years and I can assure you that her words meant nothing. For example: 1) She says she will always support Israel’s right to defend itself — code word for America, not Israel, will determine what is the appropriate measure of defense and pressure Israel accordingly. 2) October 7 can never happen again — code word for America will force Israel into unwise concessions to the Palestinians on faulty speculation that this will deradicalize the population and avoid further violence. 3) Iran will never go nuclear — code word for America will appease, cajole and beg Iran not to go nuclear but never impose serious pressure. 4) Palestinians are entitled to self-determination — code word for Jews living in Judea and Samaria, their Biblical homeland, should all be evicted in favor of Palestinians who have never had their own state and who represent an existential threat to Israel.“Her speech was about as reassuring as her husband’s waxing on about her brisket,” Friedman said. “Remember, under her administration, (1) sanctions against Iran were not enforced and Iran gained $200B+ in GDP which it used to fund the current crisis, (2) funding to UNRWA was restored and used to fund Hamas, (3) Israel was denied essential weapons that it needed to defeat Hamas and an arms embargo was ‘under discussion,’ and (4) a Palestinian state was foolishly presented as the fix for October 7!”
“We have to stop falling for the bagels and lox narratives that the Democrats have used repeatedly to defraud Jews into voting for them. Don’t fall for it. Be smarter!” he concluded.
American Jews can easily be fooled by Harris because she's a Democrat and Jews, particularly urban Jews, see this Party as part of their religion. But I suspect they are wising up, or will when they remember who was running the country for the last three and a half years, in spite of the DNC acting as if Trump was currently the President.
