Rhode Island Democrat state senator Joshua Miller was caught keying someone's car in June that sported a "Biden Sucks" bumper sticker and has finally learned his fate.
The sneaky senator was sentenced to pay restitution after he admitted to the charges of vandalism and obstruction of a police officer.
"I am truly sorry [that he got caught] for my actions in this matter, and I am disappointed in my behavior and lack of judgment," Miller, a Democrat, told reporters outside 3rd District Court in Warwick on Tuesday, according to The Boston Globe.
"In a blink of an eye, I exhibited a lack of self-control that has impacted my reputation," the Democrat added. "For that, I only have myself to blame as I am solely responsible for what led to today’s court proceedings."

Miller, a 69-year-old Democrat was arrested in June after he vandalized the car, and to add to his charge, he later lied to police and initially denied keying the car. Then the Democrat claimed the victim was "daring" him to once police confronted him with video evidence.
During the arraignment, Miller (D) pled no contest to the two charges and was ordered to pay $2,850 in restitution to the vehicle owner and to donate $250 to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. If Miller does not commit any more crimes for the next year, the case will be expunged from his record, the Globe reported.
It's a sweetheart plea deal that again proves that politicians, and in some cases their family members, are very often above the law.
Miller, a Democrat, said he had no plan to resign from his position at the state house because it's filled with a-holes just like him.
