The U.S. House of Representatives voted on Wednesday to censure repulsive Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for fostering lies that former President Trump's 2016 campaign colluded with Russia and told the public he had the facts on the case. Schiff is now the third House member to be censured since the turn of the century.
In other words, he did not get fired, imprisoned, or made to apologize in public for what he had done to an innocent man, he simply got a finger-wagging because he is a member of the privileged class. [See also Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Eric Holder.]
The resolution for the finger-wagging passed 213-209 in a vote. While all GOP members voted in favor of the censure, six cowards abstained and voted "present" and every Democrat sided with the liar and voted against the resolution because they hate Trump and if they could get him with lies, then Schiff is their go-to guy.
This was the second time the House tried to censure Schiff, the first was when Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (FL) penned a resolution last week recommending a $16 million fine as well as a stern glance and wagging fingers, which was opposed by all Democrats and 20 Republicans who fear the same thing could happen to them.
Once money was out of the picture, the vote passed.
"As chair of the House Intelligence committee, Adam Schiff launched an all-out political campaign built on baseless distortions against a sitting U.S. president, at the expense of every single citizen in this country and the honor of the House of Representatives," Luna said prior to the vote. "With access to sensitive information unavailable to most members of Congress and certainly not accessible to the American people, Schiff abused his privileges, claiming to know the truth while leaving Americans in the dark about his web of lies… lies so severe that they altered the course of the country forever."
Schiff, along with his crazy eyes, spoke in his own defense. He arrogantly thanked the GOP for bringing the resolution for a vote once more saying, "To my Republican colleagues who introduced this resolution, I thank you. You honor me with your enmity you, you flatter me with this falsehood," Schiff said, lying about the fact that it was a falsehood. [He just cannot stop lying.]

"You, who are the authors of a big lie about the last election, must condemn the truth tellers," he said. "And I stand proudly before you. Your words tell me that I have been effective in the defense of our democracy, and I am grateful."
So Schiff implied the Russian collusion was not a hoax despite it being proved that it was. Sadly, there is no such thing as a double-censure, because if there was, Schiff would have made history. Democrats mistakenly think that making history is always a good thing--first black lesbian, incompetent White House Press SecretaryKarina Jean-Pierre is an example of that when she bragged about how she is an historical figure.
Schiff led Trump’s first impeachment proceeding, which was launched over a phone call made to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in which he tried to leverage U.S. military aid in a bid to get him to announce an investigation of now-President Biden. Schiff would have sold his mother to get Trump impeached and imprisoned. Get Trump in front of a firing squad, and he would have even sold his wife for the deal.
Democrats tried to table the censure resolution on Wednesday but failed in a 218-208 vote along party lines.
Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not mince words when she accused Republicans of doing Trump’s bidding and told them they looked "miserable" in the process. Someone recommended she buy a mirror.
