When history is written about this period of time in American politics, the person being labeled "Number One" is "Worst Politician Ever" will be Hillary Rodham Clinton. The main reason she sucks at politics so much is that she never seems to learn from her mistakes.

The failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, former failed Secretary of State, and failed wife of former President Bill Clinton, spoke at the Texas Tribune festival in Austin, Texas last Friday. She recalled the days when she was a student and wondered why people in the 1930s and 1940s liked Hitler so much. While musing about the question, she stuck both feet in her mouth by implying that a similar phenomenon to Adolf Hitler's was that of former President Donald Trump, the man who defeated her in the presidential election. 

She implied that similar to Hitler's rallies, people at Trump's rallies raised their arms upward while he was speaking.

“I remember as a young student, you know, trying to figure out, how people get basically drawn in by Hitler,” the execrable Clinton said. “How did that happen? I’d watch newsreels and I’d see this guy standing up there ranting and raving, and people shouting and raising their arms. I thought, ‘What’s happened to these people?’”

“You saw the rally in Ohio the other night,” she continued. “Trump is there ranting and raving for more than an hour, and you have these rows of young men with their arms raised. I thought, ‘What is going on?’ So there is a real pressure, and I think it is fair to say we’re in a struggle between democracy and autocracy.”

First of all, Trump doesn't rant and rave. He excoriates his enemies and Hillary has first-hand knowledge about that tactic.

Clinton was referring to Trump’s “Save America” Rally in Youngstown, Ohio, on September 17. The former President closed his rally with a prepared monologue set to music, and as he spoke, his supporters raised their arms and pointed upward with one finger, not at all reminiscent of Hitler's salute. But some idiots on the Left said the pointing was associated with QAnon conspiracy theory, while normal people said they were simply showing the number one in the "America First" message.

Other leftist jumped on the Hillary band-jalopy because, while conservatives look for solutions, liberals look for something to complain about conservatives. The Left has no solutions, only complaints and attacks.
