Emails show Loudoun County School Board was always aware of alleged rape in bathroom

His daughter raped and sodomized by male in a dress forcibly removed from Loudoun
County School Board meeting for trying to speak out

Over the past six months, there have been at least two sexual assaults in the Loudoun County Public School system and people in the county and across the country are angry as hell about it, as many are calling for resignations after finding the superintendent, Scott Ziegler, and the school board knew about the initial assault but sat with their fingers embedded in their nether regions doing nothing.

On May 28th a female student reported that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom at Stone Bridge High School, in Ashburn, according to the Loudoun Times-Mirror. The assault was not made public until October.

There was a police investigation and they arrested the boy in July, slapped an ankle monitor on him and his punishment was that he was told to go to a different school.

But the assault and its details were not made public.

So the boy went to a different school when on October 6th, he allegedly attacked another girl at his present school. This finally resulted in the first attack [of May 28th] to be made public.

Ziegler knew about this scumbag but did nothing about it nor was anything done to help ensure the safety of other girls. We know he was aware of the circumstances because, according to the Loudoun Times-Mirror, emails were discovered that showed him informing the school board on the same day of the first attack!

The May 28 Ziegler email read:
“This afternoon a female student alleged that a male student sexually assaulted her in the restroom.”
Interestingly, the legacy media and the LCSB didn't report that the male student was wearing a dress when he attacked the victim in the girls bathroom because the left believes that if you have gender dysphoria and identify as the opposite sex, we should go along with your delusion and allow you to use the bathroom of your choice, even if it makes the opposite sex bathroom users uncomfortable.

“All students are entitled to have access to restrooms and locker rooms that are sanitary, safe and adequate, so that they can comfortably and fully engage in their school programs and activities. Students should be allowed to use the facility that corresponds to their gender identity,” the policy says.

The victim’s family from the first incident has clearly blame this policy for facilitating the assault their daughter suffered.

“The sexual assault on our daughter and the subsequent sexual assault by the same individual were both predictable and preventable,” a statement from the family read. “Subsequent to the sexual assault on our daughter, Loudoun County Public Schools formalized the policy regarding restroom use that was easily exploitable by a potential sexual assailant. Because of poor planning and misguided policies, Loudoun Schools failed to institute even minimal safeguards to protect students from sexual assaults.”

The family of the May 28 victim is pursuing legal action against the Loudoun County Public School system and hopefully will kick butt in court.

This is the same school district, comprised mainly of Democrats, that has been teaching critical race theory without the knowledge of the parents of the pupils. They are outraged over this, and the LCSB wrote a letter that referred to them as "terrorists" for which they have sort of apologized.

These morons need to apologize to that father who was taken out of the meeting without being given the courtesy of being heard. But that's baked into the Left's sausage.

And if schools across the country are trying to figure out how to cut down on bathroom sexual assaults, maybe respect biology and keep the bathrooms segregated by actual gender, not mental illness.
