What's the COVID relief bill is really all about

I will not bore you with all the fine print in the Biden administration COVID relief bill because you will fall asleep faster than Joe Biden after a glass or warm milk.

Here are the numbers as reported by Forbes and what they represent:

* $1.5 million for the Seaway International Bridge. This redundant bridge is slated to connect upstate New York with Canada, something that already exists in 119 legal crossing locations along the U.S.-Canadian border. It is apparently designed to cure coronavirus as people cross it in either direction, making it safe for us to bond with our neighbors to the north.

* $50 million for what the left likes to call "family planning," instead of abortion mills. Of course, much of this taxpayer money will go to one of the Democrats' biggest donators, Planned Parenthood, which, when you consider their work, should instead be called "Unplanned Abortion on Demand." But let's not forget that you will not subject your child to coronavirus if you kill the child before it is born, and sometimes even afterward.

* $852 million for AmeriCorps, AmeriCorps Vista, and the National and Community Service, which are civic volunteer agencies that were designed to eliminate poverty. How's that working out for them? However, as far as we at Brain Flushings can tell, none of these agencies were designed to eliminate, or even fight, coronavirus.

* $470 million for The Institute of Museum and Library Services and the National Endowment of the Arts and the Humanities [in which House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is on the board of directors]. The plan is to have museum displays and books on COVID-19 and the New York Lesbian, Gay, Transgender and Queer Dance Company perform dance ensembles to artfully symbolize how the virus is a danger to school teachers.

* $200 million in addition to the above for The Institute of Museum and Library Services, just in case the $470 million wasn't enough to line the pockets of those behind the curtains.

* $270 million again for the [Pelosi] National Endowment of the Arts and the Humanities.

* $350 billion to bailout all 50 states, especially the failed ones governed by Democrats, and to also bailout the District of Columbia, also run by Democrats.

* $128.5 billion to fund K-12 education even though 91 percent of teachers say they don't want to return to the classroom. Ever, if they can help it. Some of these teachers made that choice while vacationing in the Caribbean and other vacation spots.

* $86 billion to save almost 200 pension plans insured by the Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation. This is the only bailout that seems to make sense, since people were forced not to work and these companies are hurting.

* $39.6 billion to higher education. This is a total waste of money unless it's spent on STEM courses: Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. All the rest of college curricula has become leftist propaganda. And coronavirus doesn't seem to be a big consideration in this case.

* $1.5 billion to Amtrak because we love us our choo-choo trains.

So it's BuSiness as usual on Capitol Hill as the Democrats are spending taxpayer money like drunken sailors in a whorehouse, and the Republicans can't stop them.
