Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel allegedly threatened a journalist doing actual journalism by exposing voter-fraud in the Wolverine state.
According to reports Nessel sent a "cease and desist" order to the reporter Shane Trejo of Big League Politics over his reports called ‘Detroit Leaks.‘
There have been other allegations of voter fraud and improprieties which the Trump administration is working to verify. But to send a cease and desist order to a reporter seems to be a violation of his constitutional rights, specifically, freedom of the press, as protected under the First Amendment.
Trejo tweeted:
Lawsuit: Detroit Election Worker was Told to Backdate Mail-in Ballots by City Officials https://t.co/mwmeL1FVamComrade Nessel threatened criminal prosecution of the journalist, demanding he retracts and takes down his reports, which claim Michigan election staffers were trained to rig the election in favor of Joe Biden.

Thus far, this has been unsubstantiated, but that doesn't rule out the possibility that it's a fact. We need to hear from election staffers with the courage to confirm the story, if true.
Trejo also detailed how Democrat officials used COVID-guidelines to remove GOP poll-watchers from polling locations, which has been witnessed on video in the media.
