CNN having angry expert Greta Thunberg featured on 'Coronavirus Facts and Fears' town hall

Angry teenager Greta Thunberg will be featured in a Comedy News Network town hall event to impart her expertise on the issue of anger in the age of the Chinese Communist Wuhan Coronavirus. The show will start at 8 p.m. ET [phone home] Thursday.

For some reason, CNN is being mocked and condemned after they announced the event.

Co-hosting the event will be the incredible Anderson Cooper and a heart specialist Dr Sanjay Gupta. The network had been planing to get jugglers but none were willing to risk being in the vicinity of Thunberg during this pandemic as it is likely to make her angrier than usual.

For whatever reason, Former Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will also appear along with former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Acting Director Richard Besser. Soupy Sales was also to appear but the news outlet was unaware that Mr. Sales expired in 2009 and obviously couldn't attend, causing Thunberg's anger to rise. "You have killed my hopes and dreams," she said of Soupy.

Thunberg, who is perpetually pissed off at capitalists and world leaders for not doing what she told them to do, is expected to touch upon deep issues that should help solve the economic and medical problems faced by the world due to the coronavirus pandemic. Dr. Gupta will have the opportunity to ask her questions, and if she's in the mood, she will enlighten him. Anderson Cooper will try to look serious and intelligent while Ms. Thunberg rants.

As an angry 17-year-old climate activist, it isn't clear what she will bring to the table regarding the coronavirus, but hey, this Swedish kid was named Time's “Person of the Year” in 2019 and was also nominated for a Nobel Peace/Anger Prize.

A few zillion people tweeted about Thunberg's appearance:
So we shouldn’t listen to Trump but Greta is some expert?

Cuz a teenager best known for skipping school is who CNN considers an expert virologist.

Mark Dice is a conservative social media personality.

Retired conservative talk radio host Neal Boortz also had something to say to the network for adding Thunberg to its lineup:
Sorry, CNN. I just don’t get it. Your ratings continue to slide, and your response is to put Greta Thunberg on an expert Coronavirus panel? Your playing a joke on us, right? Did you lose a bet? @CNN

Liberal reporter Yashar Ali also weighed in.
What place does Greta Thunberg have in this town hall? pic.twitter.com/qIKOCV8QcP

And of course, Donald Trump Jr.:
Greta Thunberg having a remarkable career already in that as a teenager she’s now a world renowned infectious disease specialist and epidemiologist AND a leading scientific voice when it comes to global climate policy.
Just wow so impressive. https://t.co/398T4wXDry

In a moment of sheer irony, conservative commentator Robby Starbuck, pointed out that a large number of Democrats attacked Sen. Rand Paul, who is a medical doctor, [unlike Jill Biden, who is a PhD in Education but the idiot Joy Behar thinks she's make a great Surgeon General] for weighing in on the nation’s coronavirus response, while adding that some of those people are warm to welcoming a person like Thunberg to a national discussion about it.
Same people who watch CNN and work there make fun of an actual doctor like @RandPaul asking questions at a hearing on the virus yesterday will now celebrate 17 year old Greta Thunberg as an expert on a town hall to discuss the virus. These people are positively nuts. https://t.co/QxOzRG7CRE

And more conservatives weighed in:
Is there anyone at CNN with any level of self-awareness? Featuring Greta Thunberg on a covid-19 expert panel is just beyond words. I actually cannot believe they are this insane/stupid.
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) May 13, 2020
This makes perfect sense due to her massive expertise in being righteously indignant while lecturing adults https://t.co/3MbhL3P5Nv
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) May 13, 2020
Like, for example, my four-year-old offered this sage wisdom yesterday: “Daddy, I hate coronavirus. It’s boring.” True, true, small child. CNN, I expect your call any minute.

Anyway, I know there are some of you just dying to get to an airport and watch the CNN town hall.
