Now with the Wuhan Coronavirus, actors and other entertainers are giving us good advice: stay home, wash your hands, don't tongue kiss strangers on the subway and don't even take the subway if you live in a city like New York etc., that has a subway. But low and behold, some of them don't listen to their own advice.
Mark Wahlberg, Mario Lopez are two entertainers who have urged their myriad fans [a word derived from fanatic] to stay home and self-isolate during the pandemic, but sure as Satan made chocolate cheesecake and bacon, these guys went for a joint workout at the gym.
"Everyone's pretty much been cooped up in their home for the last couple of weeks. I think now more than ever since we don't know when this is going to end, we need to stay active, not just for your physical health but for your mental health," Lopez said in the video.
"That gazelle right there? My boy, Mark, we're staying six feet away. This place we're at right now we have completely to ourselves. It is sanitized, disinfected, we did a heck of a workout F45 style. Homie brought me the batting gloves. We're good to go."
"Teach people from your own homes," one user commented on Lopez's video. "Stay at home for real."
"Shouldn't gyms be closed there like dang near everywhere else???" questioned another.
Other fans accused Wahlberg and Lopez of using their money and fame to get special treatment and avoid the California Governor Gavin Newsom's stay in place order.
"How is it open? It's not essential!" one person wrote. "How is it fair that ya'll can go to a gym to work out but us normal folks can't?"
Another agreed with my take: "Hey narcissist! Why don't you stay in your mansion and exercise instead of possibly spreading Covid 19! What's wrong with you?? I guess the Gov wasn't speaking to you?"
"So everyone can do it at home, but yet...you do it in the gym where everyone's not allowed to go...but you?" a fed-up follower who made a great point wrote.
But, in spite the backlash, Lopez missed the whole point and continued to stress the importance of quarantining at home with loved ones. Maybe he was using someone else's words and reading from a script. That's how good actors can appear to have original thoughts.

The word of the day is hypocrisy.
The funniest part of this situation is that they each posted clips from their joint workout in Los Angeles [which means City of Narcissists] while those who saw their posts did so from inside their homes because they followed the advice these clowns had given them.
Now I like Mark Wahlberg and the work he has done for the veteran's organization known as Wounded Warriors. But this behavior is no better than what New York City Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio did when he ignored the same advice and went to the gym. Lopez, well I don't know much about him.
They made the workout video hyping the idea of social distancing and disinfecting the environment.

Oh boy, how cool are they? Look at them. Just look at them.
A number of brain-dead fans praised them for providing them an "awesome" and "great" workout to do at home. Others, not so much. They blasted the pair for skirting around government mandates.
