The statement by Abutorabi came after a question as to how Iran should react to the death of their head terrorist Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, who was blown to bite size pieces by an American drone airstrike, causing him to go all to pieces, The Independent reported.
"We can attack the White House itself, we can respond to them on the American soil. We have the power, and God willing we will respond in an appropriate time," Abutorabi said, but the God willing part sounded more like "Inshallah."

The Independent's international correspondent Borzou Daragahi intimated that Abutorabi is all bark and no bite, doubting that Iran would dare attack us on our soil. Abutorabi is known for talking tough, but when you get to know him, he's a pussycat who sleeps with a nightlight.
In fact, the Iranians don't have the military capabilities of striking the U.S. with missiles, and the ones they have are about as accurate as Stevie Wonder skeet shooting.
