An autopsy revealed Friday that Christopher Burrous, a married Los Angeles news anchor died in December after overdosing on methamphetamine during a homosexual encounter at a California motel.
Glendale Police were called to a Days Inn motel around 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 27th to find the KTLA news anchor unresponsive and suffering from a “medical emergency,” officials said in a press release.
Police say an unidentified male who'd been with Burrous at the time placed the call.
Burrous was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Initial reports suggested that Burrous likely suffered a possible overdose of methamphetamine, known as a "rock" that was inserted in his nether regions as he engaged in "various sexual activities with his companion." He reportedly inserted another "rock" where the sun doesn't shine, placed a mask on and "doused the filters with 'poppers,' whatever the hell that does for anyone.
Of course, "poppers" refer to an inhalant of amyl nitrate.
The Los Angeles County coroner released a report on Friday ruling his death an accident by means of meth toxicity. It also elaborated on the circumstances of his death.
The coroner's office also noted that hypertension and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease may have contributed to Burrous’ death.
Burrous worked for KTLA since 2011 and previously worked at WPIX in New York. He is survived by his wife and a daughter, 9.
How terribly sad and unnecessary. Drug overdoses is the number one leading cause of death in America for people under the age of fifty.
I hope you'll follow Brain Flushings and have a few laughs while you get a conservative viewpoint. Politics is the new NFL without the mindless kneeling and this blog will both inform you and hopefully entertain you bigly.
