Texas Dumb-ocrat stands behind her incorrect remarks about drive-by shooting

Rep[ulsive] Sheila Jackson Lee, a race-baiting Texas Democrat had suggested that the drive-by shooting of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes may have been a hate crime. It works perfectly for her identity politics agenda and she isn't backing down on her words, in spite of the fact that both suspects in the shooting [one who admitted he drove the car] are black, like Jazmine. It was initially believed the shooter was caucasian but that turned out to be incorrect.

And the evidence also appears to suggest the shooting was a case of mistaken identity.

But those facts don't matter to Jackson Lee, who also is black and as angry as hell. When asked by reporters on Sunday about some of the comments she spouted in the horrible aftermath of that poor child's death in Houston, on December 30th, she doubled-down and said her irresponsible comments were "absolutely not" irresponsible to suggest a hate crime.

Is it possible that Sheila Jackson Lee, like Al Sharpton, Spike Lee, and others who fit that profile, are black supremacists? Yes. Black supremacists.

Jazmine was shot and killed while sitting in the backseat of her mother’s car. Witness descriptions of a white man in his forties at the scene of the shooting – and a sketch put out by police – prompted widespread speculation a hate crime had happened and Jackson Lee jumped at the opportunity to sound relevant and concerned.

“I believe – and having written hate crime legislation, knowing the criteria, I believe that this should be looked at as a hate crime,” the black supremacist Lee said during a press conference Friday, in a video posted to the Congresswoman’s Facebook page. “We don’t want to have someone on the street who is willing to kill children and possibly kill them in the name of hate."

Or Allah.

The next day, at a rally calling for justice for Barnes, Lee said “do not be afraid to call this what it seems to be — a hate crime,” according to several news organizations

Because if you see everything in racial terms, you're going to see every crime where people of various melanin levels who do violence to each other as hate crimes. Oh, and it also makes you a racist.

Prior to the arrests, Barnes’ family lawyer, Lee Merritt, also said “we do believe that it [the murder] was racially motivated in part because our nation at this moment is highly racially charged.” So if the nation is racially charged as you believe, then every crime must therefore have racial implications.

That makes you a racist.

Yet both suspects in the case are black, police confirmed to the Associated Press on Monday to the disappointment to the entire Democratic Party, but particularly to Sheila Jackson Lee and Lee Merritt.

One of them, 20-year-old Eric Black Jr., has been charged with capital murder and is making his first court appearance today. News of his arrest emerged Sunday.

The reporter on Sunday asked Lee: “Do you feel it was irresponsible at all to suggest that this was a hate crime when we didn’t have all the facts?”

Her response was: “Absolutely not, nothing is irresponsible when it comes to the loss of a precious 7 or 8-year old."

By that logic then, if a far-left or far-right idiot blamed Islamic terrorism without have all the facts, it would not be irresponsible. What an incredible dolt Jackson Lee is to say such a disgusting thing.

She added: “The good thing was that in the comments that were made, there was no hysteria, there was no encouraging individuals to go out and find that person. It was nothing but orderly respect for the rule of law allowing our law enforcement to be able to do their tasks. And then now to call for an understanding that any violence against a child should not be the norm and that we should stand up against all violence.”

Isn't following the "rule of law" waiting for evidence before making predictions?

Investigators believe the killing appears to have been a case of mistaken identity “where the intended targets were likely someone else,” Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said Sunday.

“This death has sparked a lot of discussion on many different levels,” Gonzalez also said. “We know that there is an important discussion that does need to take place about race, about the real fear and concerns that hate crimes are in an uptick across this county. We also need to talk about gun violence.”

Perhaps there should also be an important discussion about how we all need to stop blaming each other before having evidence. Maybe we need to learn to stop using intersectionality to point fingers or to give more credibility to any one group.

Well here we are in the beginning of a new year and the world still hasn't come to an end with President Trump in the White House, in spite of what the media and the left [but I repeat myself] would have you believe.
