Copenhagen: two gunmen with automatic weapons began shooting in the Krudttoenden cafe that was hosting a free speech event featuring 68-year-old Lars Vilks, noted cartoonist.
Vilks drew a caricature of Mohammad, the prophet of the religion of peace, as a dog, and while this wasn't true of Mohammad, the prophet was rather worse than a dog, being a pedophile, anti-Semitic, murderous, slave-owning, thief with serious sexual and mental problems that caused him to hear voices and kill anyone who spoke ill of him.
This tradition is still being carried out today in his name but, fortunately, the Crusades are still under control and there have been no known outbreaks of crusader violence in quite some time.
A 40-year-old man was killed and three police officers, assigned to protect Vilks, were injured. The cartoonist was not hurt in the massacre attempt.
Denmark's security service labeled the shooting an apparent terrorist attack.
The TV2 channel reported that the police found the Volkswagon Polo getaway car abandoned nearby, and there were no signs of the religious Muslim suspects. The Polo was first introduced in 1975 and the fastest version of the Mark III on the UK market was the 16-valve h 74 kW (100 PS) model. It is unknown which model the Islamist terrorists drove, but it is unlikely they drove the Mark III or they wouldn't have abandoned it because of its speed and its ability to pick up infidel women.
Francois Zimeray, the French ambassador to Denmark, was at the event and later went on Twitter to tell the world that he was "still alive." It is unclear if he received any "Favs" or "retweets," or how many if he did.

Sky News reported to the AP that Zimeray told them that "They fired on us from the outside. It was the same intention as Charlie Hebdo except they didn't manage to get in."
Niels Ivar Larsen told the TV2 channel, "I heard someone firing with an automatic weapon and someone shouting. Police returned the fire and I hid behind the bar."
It wasn't clear what they were shouting, but I suspect it may have been a hearty "Allahu Akbar," or "Death to anyone who insults the prophet of Islam." I would also put my money on the notion that at least one of the shooters was named Mohammad or a derivative of his name, such as Mahmoud, Muhammad, Mohamed, etc.
Helle Merete Brix, an organizer of the event, said that she witnessed a masked man running past and saw two injured police officers. "I clearly consider this as an attack on Lars Vilks," she said.
Vilks always gets Danish police protection wherever he goes and, in this case, it paid off.
The event was titled "Art, blasphemy and the freedom of expression," when the religiously orthodox Muslims began firing.
Vilks is no stranger to stranger-danger. Last year a Pennsylvania woman was sentenced to 10 years for a plot to kill him. The Islamic State of Iraq has placed a $100 thousand on his head. In 2010, seven so-called people were arrested in Northern Ireland in an alleged plot to kill the cartoonist.
Imagine the theological weakness of any religion that has to violently silence all criticism of its scripture or its founder. When you think of it, all religions are blasphemous of all other religions because they say theirs is the only true way to heaven. But Islam takes it beyond blasphemy claims--they kill for those claims.
They must be stopped and the only way to do that is to never remain silent and call it like it is.
This just in: British Prime Minister John Cameron said "Free speech will always be protected." No, Cameron was serious in spite of his track record of going after people in the UK who have tried to use free speech to discuss Islam. Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch is one example.
Spencer was banned from visiting the UK for saying "[Islam] is a religion and is a belief system that mandates warfare against unbelievers . . ."
John Cameron is a hypocrite. He even wanted to go after a person who, on a bus in the UK, made derogatory remarks about Islam. Also, a 19-year old man was arrested for posting a video of himself burning the Koran.
As Robert Spencer said, "If David Cameron is so interested in defending the freedom of speech, let him hold a Muhammad cartoon exhibit at 10 Downing Street."
