Syria, Iran, Israel and Nukes

Syria is burning and to date, over 7500 civilians have died. McCain wants warplanes sent there; Panetta doesn't want to jump the gun. We don't even know who the rebels are--even Gen. Martin Dempsey admits we don't even know who the opposition forces are, so if we give aid to them, we may be arming Hezbollah, and that could be catastrophic to Israel and even the USA. It sure would not help the Middle East peace process, which in itself, is beginning to sound like an oxymoron.

But Iran is another story.  We know they have promised the destruction of Israel because hey, it's their religious duty.  Mohammad was worse than Hitler when it came to Jewish relationships, and if it was Mohammad's thing, then it's every Muslim's thing to follow suit, because Islam means submission.  And when religion is part of the equation you can take their words to the bank.  Many Americans have taken the Palestinian side not because of the facts over the border problems, but because anti-Semitism is alive and well in America. It has become the nouveau cocktail conversation among the entitled generation, and blaming the Jews for all the miseries of the world is once again fashionable--so fashionable, we have Jews doing it to themselves, like Noam Chomsky and Paul Krugman, who are so quick to blame Israel and lament the cause of the Palestinians.

We have a president who is quicker to come to the aid of our enemies and turn his back on our friends. Even in his two autobiographies, he is pretty clear that if push came to shove, he would side with Islam. He said that, not me. Obama says Republicans are quick to speak of war, when Obama was quick to go to war in Libya without Congressional approval.  He claimed to have "Israel's back," but those were just words, and he walked them back just hours later.

If there was a way to erase the double standard in America, the left would be speechless.

If you are interested in Islamic terrorism and suspense, my latest novel, Jihad Joe, is now available both in soft cover and as an Ebook--I have provided the links below.  A New York City reporter is taken hostage by terrorists and must escape, or be beheaded the following day . . . the clock is ticking.
