From the White House to the Hill, Congress votes 'Tlaib must chill.'
Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) the one and only Palestinian American in Congress, has been an obvious, if not overt, anti-Semitic Israel-hating, Hamas-supporting Muslim woman. She had nothing to say when Israeli men, women, children and babies were mercilessly slaughtered by Hamas invaders, but was lightning quick to attack Israel for bombing a Gaza hospital, which was quickly proven to be false. And where hospitals are concerned, is mute when Hamas uses them to build terror tunnels beneath and ambulances to transport Hamas commanders instead of their intended use for the wounded.
It's obvious whose side she is on in the Israeli-Hamasshole war and the House put forth a resolution to censure her. A censure is not a breach of the First Amendment--it is simply a tool for how the House shows its strong disagreement with her behavior.
So for those who are curious as to how some people voted, the lists below shows who voted for or against censure. In general, Democrats overwhelmingly voted not to censure Tlaib, but there were some who went against the Party knee-jerk reaction. It also shows how some Republicans went along with the Democrats and voted with them, and one Republican was too cowardly to vote anything but 'present.'
Here are the 22 Democrats who voted to censure Tlaib:
