Report: Donald Trump made disparaging remarks about disabled vet that sang "God Bless America"--Really?

Capt. Avila's wheelchair begins to tip in the soft ground as Trump and Avila's wife help him

Former President Donald J. Trump allegedly made disparaging comments about US Army captain Luis Avela, who sang "God Bless America" during his presidency, according to a report that just so happens to be coming out now as campaign season fast approaches.

Really?

Trump supposedly made the nasty statements at a welcome ceremony for Gen. Mark Milley at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall in 2019, after Avila sang the patriotic song.

Avila, who was handpicked by Milley to perform, was severely wounded in Afghanistan and completed five combat tours and lost a leg in an IED attack.

Trump allegedly said to Milley in front of several witnesses as he walked over to congratulate Avila. “Why do you bring people like that here? No one wants to see that, the wounded.”

Avila has since suffered two heart attacks, two strokes and brain damage as a result of his sacrifice.

Do you really believe Trump made those remarks?

It's possible since Trump has a history of making these kinds of comments about US troops. For example, he allegedly referred to fallen troops at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in France as "losers" and "suckers" after he decided not to attend a memorial service in 2018, according to the Atlantic, a hard left-leaning magazine.

But Trump denied ever making that remark and we know how honest the left is, especially when it comes to accusing people on the right of bad behavior. Do you really believe that Trump told Milley to never allow the wounded veteran appear in public again?

Really? Trump is obviously flawed but is he crazy enough to make such statements? In any case, he's a better choice for POTUS than Biden or any Democrat would be.

Milley was reportedly upset by the former president's alleged comments.

“Milley’s family venerated the military, and Trump’s attitude toward the uniformed services seemed superficial, callous, and, at the deepest human level, repugnant,” The Atlantic, a hard-left rag reported.

Milley will retire next month after 44 years slowly making the military softer and kinder.

    1. I agree--he would be pretty dumb to go public like that as president. But of course, it's possible. In spite of that, his detractors have a political agenda.
