"Madame Vice President, what would you like on your word salad?"

Imagine Vice President Kamala Harris in a debate with alleged President Joe Biden. Better than that, imagine the hand signer who has to make sense of the mumbling of Biden and the word salad of Harris.

Kamala Harris went viral Tuesday when she spoke at Highland Park, Illinois following the massacre that took place at their annual Fourth of July parade where 7 people were killed and over 30 injured. The vice president was there to meet with local law enforcement and speak of things only she could understand, because it was her typical word salad.

"We've got to take this stuff seriously, as seriously as you are because you have been forced to take this seriously," Harris said to the press and Highland Park residents.

"The whole nation should understand and have a level of empathy to understand that this could happen anywhere [to] any people in any community. And we should stand together and speak out about why it's got to stop," Harris said, adding to the confusion of all who tried to make sense of her words before stepping away to prevent herself from busting out in uncontrollable laughter.

The clip, shared by Chicago Tribune reporter Jake Sheridan, drew attention on social media with critics mocking the vice president as the "Word Salad Queen."

"She is amazingly bad at this," National Review contributor Pradheep J. Shanker tweeted.

"[E]very new quote of hers makes less and less sense as a complete sentence," sports editor Whitney McIntosh wrote.

"Okay, she did not always sound this incoherent when put on the spot, right? Am I misremembering? It's getting Weird," writer Ashley Reese similarly expressed.

"Ok, I give up. There ARE some jobs where you shouldn’t be allowed to drink on the clock," screenwriter Josh Olson quipped.

"Seriously, @VP doesn't know how to speak," Mediaite writer Jackson Richman said.

Harris has a long history of speaking gibberish.

In March, she said words at a White House event with Jamaican PM Andrew Holness in an attempt to bolster our relationship with the Caribbean nation.

"We also recognize just as it has been in the United States, for Jamaica, one of the issues that has been presented as an issue that is economic in the way of its impact has been the pandemic," Harris babbled. "So to that end, we are announcing today also that we will assist Jamaica in COVID recovery by assisting in terms of the recovery efforts in Jamaica that have been essential to, I believe, what is necessary to strengthen not only the issue of public health but also the economy."

Earlier in March, Harris appeared alongside Polish President Andrzei Duda. She was asked a tough question by the press for which she was obviously unprepared. She looked at Duda for help, and thankfully did not burst out in song with "Camp Town races sing this song, duda, duda." But she did burst out in her signature laugh for several seconds and said to him when he helped her out, "[A] friend in need is a friend indeed."

Again in the same month, Harris was mocked for her word salad in an interview on "Today." She was asked why the Biden administration was still buying oil from Putin to which she answered,  "[L]et's take this one step at a time, understanding that right now on the issue of energy, our allies have stood firm and unified in a way that many of the pundits didn’t predict would happen, to ensure that we are unified in our approach to this issue."

In a radio interview Harris explained to listeners what the Ukraine-Russia conflict entailed. Her answer sounded as if she was explaining the conflict to today's college students whose knowledge of current events is like a trout's grasp on boolean algebra.  "Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine, so basically that’s wrong."

In November, Harris was criticized for using a fake "French accent" in front of French scientists during a visit to a Parisian lab. She's like the American tourist who doesn't speak the language of the country she's visiting and believes that if she speaks loudly, they will understand.

But what is most important to Harris is "fweedom."
