Biden's LGBTQ+XYZ mandates for school lunch program unlawful, say GOP Attorneys General

Biden bites bigger

According to over half of state attorneys general, the Biden administration memorandum, which prevents students from receiving federal funding for public school lunches if their school district refuses to allow boys to use the girls bathroom and otherwise comply with the LGBT mandates, was "unlawful" and thereby rejected.

The department's interpretation violated the Administrative Procedures Act, because it was issued as a memorandum rather than a proposed rule for the public to comment on, the attorneys general wrote.

Approximately 30 million students benefit from the National School Lunch Program and for an administration to hold a gun to the head of districts by denying children, especially poor children, sustenance is unconscionable. And allowing boys to use the girls bathroom, locker room, and compete against them in sports requiring strength and speed, is robbing women of their rights.

It's amazing women's rights groups have generally been silent over these issues.
