A shooting at a Brooklyn, NY subway station has left multiple people wounded Tuesday morning, the NYPD has confirmed. This occurred during normal rush-hour at 36th Street and 4th Avenue, in the Sunset Park area as people were heading to Manhattan for work.

It is not known whether a suspect has been apprehended but police report that 13 people were shot and are being treated. We do not know their condition at this time.

The FDNY responded to a call for smoke at the station in the D, N, and R lines of the station and when they arrived discovered multiple shooting victims and several undetonated devices at the station.
