Kamala Harris has word salad with a spoon at WH event with Jamaican PM, mon

Years ago as a project director for an organization that dealt with 911 victims, my assistant director was a minority woman graduate of a prestigious university. Whenever she spoke I thought there was something wrong with my cognitive ability or maybe I just wasn't intelligent enough to comprehend her verbiage.

Until everyone else who worked in my office told me they didn't understand anything she said, especially when pretending to understand a concept dealing with technical issues regarding our job. Eventually, I had to let her go, but mostly because she was never on time and set a poor example for the staff.

This is how I see Kamala Harris. She's like the old saying, "Fake it 'till you make it." Except she's made it but is still faking it.

Harris [I often call her Kamala Hahaharris in honor of her inappropriate laughing] appeared at the White House on March 30th along with Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness. During the event, she and Holness spoke of the relations the U.S. has with Jamaica.

Harris soon raised eyebrows when she tried to explain how the U.S. was going to help Jamaica from the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. As I listened to her, she reminded me of my assistant director.

"We also recognize just as it has been in the United States, for Jamaica, one of the issues that has been presented as an issue that is economic in the way of its impact has been the pandemic," Harris said. "So to that end, we are announcing today also that we will assist Jamaica in COVID recovery by assisting in terms of the recovery efforts in Jamaica that have been essential to, I believe, what is necessary to strengthen not only the issue of public health but also the economy."

This was word salad without the dressing but well-tossed and all over the place.

"Ok seriously, is she punking us?" Abigail Marone, press secretary of Sen. Josh Hawley, (R-MO) asked. "Like it has to be a joke at this point."

Assuming Marone is intuitive and it was a joke, it isn't the kind of joke a vice president of the United States should be making, especially when it's not really clear if she intended to be funny about not being clear, as is her wont.

"This is the definition of 'word salad.' It's practically word goulash," David Martosko of Daily Mail TV quipped.

"It is truly hard to believe what a babbling fool @vp is," actor Nick Searcy tweeted.

"She reminds one of the student[s] in college who never did the reading, but insisted on talking a lot about it in class anyway, and always thought he/she was brilliantly fooling everyone. But nobody was fooled," radio host Buck Sexton wrote.

Yes, that is exactly how I felt about my assistant. She used polysyllabic babble to say absolutely nothing--but it sounded like something.

"I'm telling you, she speaks in predictive text," Substack writer Jim Treacher claimed. [Predictive text is used in mobile devices that makes it easier to type on the device by suggesting words the end user might want to insert in the text field based on the context of the other words that came before.]

"She is truly one of the great orators of our time," The Daily Wire's Matt Walsh wrote.

This wasn't Harris' first word salad rodeo. In January our vice president told NBC News:
"It is time for us to do what we have been doing. And that time is every day. Every day it is time for us to agree that there are things and tools that are available to us."

And let's not forget her greatest quote given on a radio show explaining simply the Russian-Ukraine crisis:
"Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine. So basically, that's wrong."
Finally, Kamala gets all philosophical and stuff in Louisiana about the passage of time, sigh:
"We were all touring the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time, right, the significance of the passage of time, so when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs. And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about the day of the life of our children."

We have a brain-addled house plant in the White House and a Vice President who can't use the English language to get a clear point across. The world is possibly on the brink of a Third World War and these people are more concerned with teaching your 3rd grader and younger kids about gender issues and maybe they're not the gender they were told they are.
