Gangland -- An 18-year-old Chicago man was charged with first-degree murder on Thursday after an investigation into the murder of two individuals at a Garfield Park convenience store last May.
Anthony "Boo-Hoo" Roldan was arrested Wednesday.
The incident took place around 10:30 p.m. on May 21, 2021 at Franklin's Super Food and Liquors in the 500 block of North Kedzie Avenue.
Police are charging Roldan for shooting an 18-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman, both of whom had died from their wounds.
Upon taking his mug shot, Roldan cried like a Betsy Wetsy doll, snot running down his cheeks and his sobs causing him to hiccup.

If convicted, he will make a fine cellmate to some big, strapping dude.
Roldan plans to use the Alec Baldwin defense: he did not pull the trigger and the gun seemed to have a mind of its own.
