Bishop calls for prayer to stop the killings of babies by Pelosi and the Left: there's a better way

House Speaker Nancy "Dancing Hands" Pelosi is able to advocate for abortion, even late-term, because she has already been born. archbishop of San Francisco, one of the gayest cities in the world, is calling for a "massive and visible campaign of prayer and fasting" for the conversion of Pelosi's dark and dirty heart as she pursues what people who are against the killing of unborn babies have called "radical" abortion legislation.

"Witness the House of Representatives’ passage of HR 3755, which would impose abortion on demand nationwide at any stage of pregnancy," Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone said of the California Democrat in a statement Wednesday. If it were up to Pelosi and the Left, babies could be killed in pre-kindergarten. 

"A conversion of heart of the majority of our congressional representatives is needed on this issue, beginning with the leader of the House, Speaker Nancy Pelosi. I am therefore inviting all Catholics to join in a massive and visible campaign of prayer and fasting for Speaker Pelosi: commit to praying one rosary a week and fasting on Fridays for her conversion of heart."

Bullcrap. A conversion of the heart for heartless people like Pelosi means nothing. Excommunicate her along with her dentures and she will come around because she knows it would hurt her politically.

The archbishop directed readers to sign up for the "Rose and Rosary for Nancy" campaign online at BenedictInstitute.org. When participants sign up, a rose will be sent to Pelosi "as a symbol of your prayer and fasting for her."

You want to get mothers of the unborn from killing their babies, get them to assign them a "pre-birth name" after informing them of the baby's gender.  If the mothers refuse, pass a bill to mandate them to name the child, or at the very least, have the physician give the baby a name. Make it real for the mothers about what an abortion is and does,

Cordileone's statement came amid a raging abortion debate, which gained steam this month when the Supreme Court allowed Texas to implement its heartbeat bill. The return of a conservative majority to the Supreme Court has also prompted discussion about Congress codifying Roe v. Wade in case it's overturned.

How any Catholic, or even any Christian, Jew or Muslim for that matter, could vote for a Democrat, is beyond belief.  And the fact that priests are still allowing Pelosi and Biden, for example, to receive holy communion, kind of takes the holy out of it. In fact, holy communion has become like immigration; anyone can do it because there are no standards.
