First they came for my income, then they came for my investments; now they're coming for my mileage

The bipartisan [as in RINOs+Dems] infrastructure package, so lengthy that one needs to Pelosi the bill before you can see what's in it, may have gone too far even for Babblin' Biden. It is buried inside the bill, around page 500, and is the Biden 'red line'  that opens the way for taxing PERSONAL VEHICLE MILEAGE!

Sorry for yelling.

Sen. Bill Cassidy, one of the lawmakers who worked on the bipartisan infrastructure package, gives details about the bill and discusses vaccination rates. So now everything is considered infrastructure, including vaccinations, just like everything is racist, including every Trump voter and every white person in the world.

Although President Biden repeatedly babbled and objected to a national gas tax hike to fund the bipartisan infrastructural package, the $1 trillion bill unveiled by the Senate this week includes a national motor vehicle per-mile user fee pilot program that may violate one of his biggest "red lines." But when it comes to 'red lines,' Biden has white paint to fix the problem.

The nice old man we pretend is running the country isn't so nice once you get to know him. He protects his China investments using his drug-addled son as his bag man.

He made campaign promises that he would not hike taxes for Americans earning less than $400,000 and he lied about that.

He said he drove an '18-wheeler' to see Nelson Mandela, but he never did. He lied about being arrested for trying to visit Mandela, which is balderdash.

He said he worked in an anthracite coal mine--a lie.

Biden even said the new Georgia voting law prevents working people from getting to the polls before they get off work. Big lie. And he said that if you get vaccinated, you can't get covid. Guess what--that isn't true.

Now despite his pledge to not raise taxes on the middle class, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act – which the Senate could pass as early as this week – leaves open the possibility of a tax that's tethered to personal vehicle mileage. This punitive pilot program is outlined in section 13002 of the bill,  and would charge citizens based on vehicle miles traveled. Imagine how that would affect prices of goods delivered by the trucking industry.

The 2,702-page bill directs Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to provide recommendations to Congress within three years of the pilot program's establishment, at which time lawmakers could choose whether or not to pass new legislation taxing miles-per-vehicle in order to fund the infrastructure overhaul.

If this goes through the Senate and passes, I hope every Republican on board with this garbage is voted out of office.

The program would target passenger motor vehicles driven by ordinary people just trying to get from point A to point B; light trucks and medium- and heavy-duty trucks that deliver goods and provide services. All prices for goods and services delivered by trucks will have to increase, if you know anything about economics.

If the GOP cannot win back the House and Senate next year, and the presidency in 2024, the nation will deserve to be run by the dictatorial Democrats.

But I have faith in the country and suspect the Left will be handed their collective butts in the next go-around.
