Beijing have finally admitted that the Chinese Communist Wuhan Coronavirus that has caused a pandemic, did not come from the seafood market as previously stated.
‘At first, we assumed the seafood market might have the virus, but now the market is more like a victim,’ said Gao Fu, director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and what a bang-up job they've been doing so far in prevention.
The admission by this top official was amazing because the same scientists who unequivocally blamed the Wuhan market when the virus hit the proverbial fan, were now saying the market was the victim [along with the rest of the freaking world].
The market was temporarily shut down and cleaned up like a pig at a party as the world focused attention on the disgusting trade in exotic animals that people actually ate.
Although Gao's analysis first made sense since there were prior outbreaks from zoonotic viruses--diseases that can jump from critters to people--suspicion grew since the Chinese government refused to share data from the animals sampled in the market after its initial cover-ups.
Now Gao finally admitted no viruses were detected in animal samples and found only in environmental samples, such as sewage, and also mysteriously added that "the novel coronavirus had existed long before."

No-one should doubt the significance of the statement because Gao is not only China’s top epidemiologist but is also a member of their top political advisory body.
Curiously, Gao's revelation followed a TV interview with Wang Yanyi, director of Wuhan Institute of Virology, in which she insisted that claims about the disease having leaked from her top-security unit were "pure fabrication." Heads will roll, undoubtedly.
Gao’s sudden reversal came after a series of studies cast doubt on his original lie.
A landmark Lancet paper found only 27 of the first 41 confirmed cases were ‘exposed’ to the market – and only one of the four initial cases in the first two weeks of December.
A few weeks ago, an academic paper by three American biologists who analyzed all available data said the disease was brought into the market by someone already infected, not the other way around.
With all the massive research findings, the coronavirus has become even more confusing and unpredictable in the way it attacks the body. Even Gao admitted that "the behavior of this virus isn't like a coronavirus."

How very reassuring.
