Biden to curb police killings: "Shoot 'em in the leg instead of the heart"

Joe Biden isn't a liar, he's a plagiarist. He isn't a stupid person, his intelligence is probably average but he now has senile dementia and can't put a complete sentence together unless he's reading it. Joe Biden says President Trump shouldn't just hold a Bible, he should open it. But as a Catholic, Biden is the last person to talk about religion because he stands with the far-left late-term abortionists who kill more black babies than any other killer.

Biden finally climbed out of his basement and made his first appearance in weeks where he addressed the concept of "institutionalized racism," a catchphrase that falsely implies that racism is rampant in the workplace in spite of the laws that exist and the total lack of evidence to support that claim.

But the dumbest thing Joe Biden has said, and there are myriad examples, was what he said this time. In his incredible insight into what he sees as the problem with police killing black people, he said that in tough confrontations with dangerous criminals, rather than aiming for the heart when they must shoot to defend their lives, they should shoot for the legs.

Why not just shoot the gun or knife or baseball bat or sword out of the perpetrator's hand and nobody gets hurt? They do that in all the [very] old cowboy movies.

Fun Fact: shooting a perp in the leg doesn't guarantee he'll live.
