Banish the cops, desecrate a church for free: DA refuses to prosecute

The scumcrumpet arrested for scarring the landmarked façade of St. Patrick’s Cathedral during the George Flynn riots is back out there on the streets of New York City with his paint spray-can and a smirk on his 26-year-old face. 

The Manhattan District Attorney's office has refused to prosecute him, evidently because he only defaced a church with filthy words, not a Planned Parenthood facility.

Yadir Avila Rosas was taken into custody at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, an NYPD spokeswoman told The New York Post.

Police charged the piece of human excrement with criminal mischief in the third degree and making graffiti, alleging that he was the “getaway driver” for two cowardly women who tagged the famous house of worship with spray-painted filthy words and mindless slogans on May 30.

But an expected Saturday afternoon arraignment never happened, at the DA office’s lawless discretion.

Cops are still looking for the two female crap weasels who marked the stone stairs of the cathedral and two walls flanking its entrance at Fifth Avenue and 51st Street with expletives and with messages like “No Justice No Peace” and “BLM,” for Black Lives Matter.

What does "no justice" even mean? The cops involved with Floyd's death have all been arrested and charged. That's called justice, but now the Marxists want to abolish all police departments across the nation so that they can run roughshod over the people.

If a few cops unlawfully kill black folks, and Marxists want to abolish all cops, then what about doctors who kill thousands every year through their incompetence or blatant indifference? Why not abolish all medical doctors.

The New York Archdiocese did not respond to a request for comment about the blatant indifference of the DA's office.
