The anti Semite judge was promoted in 2017 to president of the court in Gorzów Wielkopolski by Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro [aka "ZZ Top Justice"]. However, while he was a member of the National Council of the Judiciary, he posted in an online newspaper forum that Jews are “A despicable filthy nation, they do not deserve anything.”
The Jew-hating judge's comment was first reported on Thursday by the Gazeta Wyborcza newspaper. It seems the comment was written by a user whose handle is "jorry123" in response to a World Jewish Congress article.
A resident of Wrocław reported the comment to the prosecutor’s office, and it was determined that its author was Dudzicz, then a district court judge, who later admitted to be the human fecal pile who posted it. Due to the fact that as a judge he has immunity, he wasn't charged.
Under Polish law and a lack of a freedom of speech law, a person can be jailed for up to three years for publicly insulting a group of people because of their national, ethnic, racial or religious affiliation.
According to Gazeta Wyborcza, Dudzicz had posted other disgusting anti-Semitic comments that will not be explored in this post other than the fact that he accused most Jews of being communists and that "they stood against other Jews to justify further [Second World] war." Of course when the coward was asked by the newspaper for comment, he didn't remember anything.
In 2018, Dudzicz became a member of the National Council of the Judiciary, which is charged with safeguarding the independence of Polish courts.
