Grandson of Munich jihadi terrorist disavows family past

California Democrat Ammar Campa-Najjar, whose grandfather was one of the terrorists who murdered 11 Israelis at the 1972 Olympics in Munich, was a long-shot in his bid to oust Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.). Unfortunately for Hunter, he and his wife have been charged with illegally using campaign funds for personal expenses.

Hunter is putting the blame on his wife, Margaret, which doesn't seem to bode well for his marriage.

"She was also the campaign manager, so whatever she did that'll be looked at too, I'm sure," he told Martha MacCallum of Fox News. "But I didn't do it. ... I didn't spend any money illegally."

The election should have easily gone to Hunter in the overwhelmingly red district, but with the current problem he is facing, it's quite possible he will lose  the election.
Held at gunpoint and then slaughtered
Najjar is a 29-year-old with no political experience. He has both Mexican and Palestinian heritage and he is quick to disavow himself to his grandpa, Muhammad Yusuf al-Najjar, one of the scum who killed 11 captured, unarmed Israelis on the Israel soccer team.

Campa-Najjar points out that he has never met his grandpa, but that's because he was killed by Israeli commandos 16 years before he was born. In a statement last week, the former Obama administration Labor Department official took a shot at Hunter while disavowing his grandfather.

"I'm happy to take responsibility for my own choices and my own decisions," Campa-Najjar began. "I think other men are responsible for their own crimes, whether it's somebody who I share a lineage with and nothing else, or a sitting congressman who's being indicted and could face serious charges in the future."

His campaign said that while he is proud of his heritage of Islamic conquest and killing, he is "American first." [Okay, they didn't say it exactly that way.]

Campa-Najjar told Fox News that he isn't concerned over the fact that his grandfather was a murdering piece of human excrement.

"I'm not concerned, but I think it shows Hunter is concerned," he said. "My opponents have to go back three generations to attack me. I can go back three days to highlight something pretty damning about him."

And this has become the Democratic strategy. Absent of ideas, all they have are personal attacks and identity politics.

Israeli media drew attention to Campa-Najjar this year in a short article in the left-leaning rag Haaretz reporting that he seeks a peaceful solution to the Middle East conflict, unlike his grand-pappy.

Hunter and his wife, Margaret, pleaded not guilty to the charges against them and he claims the prosecution is politically motivated. But the charges total to $250,000 and Hunter is having a tough time explaining it away.

Still, Campa-Najjar still faces an uphill climb as the Dems try to depict him as a sexy dude in campaign ads. He picked up only 17.5 percent in the district's primary and will need to convince a boat load of Hunter voters to vote for him.

His website calls for a shift to 'Medicare for all,' which is a popular socialist, but totally insane rallying cry of the left. The liberal tard-maven Alexandria Ocasio-Bugeye-Cortez referred to Campa-Najjar as her "progressive brother."

That should tell you all you need to know about his politics, in spite of his lack of political transparency.

What we know about him is that he does not support Trump's call for a border wall, and believes in a pathway for citizenship for illegal aliens secreted into the country as children [now up to the age of 37] and supports tougher fines for employers who break immigration laws. He does not support abolishing ICE, but this could all be campaign rhetoric--and I don't trust him as he refused to answer questions whether he was a moderate of a leftist progressive like Ocasio-Cha-Cha-Cha-Cortez.

"I don't really care for labels [because they define your political philosophy and he doesn't want to reveal that until he's elected], I've been labeled under the sun, and I'm not one who really fits into anyone's label. I am who I am [he's Popeye the Sailor Man]. I'm comfortable in my skin and my views come via my life experiences," he claimed.

Campa-Najjar is Christian and is the son of a Palestinian Muslim father (he spent part of his childhood in Gaza) and a Catholic Mexican-American mother.

If he beats Hunter, it would tragic.
