She didn't apologize or say that she was wrong--after all, her loyal leftists cheered when she claimed that Trump supporters could be put into a "basket of deplorables."
Really; what a stupid thing to say.
Clinton said her statement to that effect was "grossly generalistic" using another made up word like 'deplorables,' but she probably doesn't know how to use AutoCorrect just like she doesn't know how to wipe a server.
The screaming Nebelwerfer and Democratic presidential candidate said that calling Americans 'deplorables' is " . . . never a good idea."
But at the Friday rally said: "Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it. These are people like that and he has lifted them up."
Clinton's balderdash apology added: "I regret saying 'half'--that was wrong. But let's be clear, what's really 'deplorable' is that Donald Trump hired a major advocate for the so-called 'alt-right' movement to run his campaign and that David Duke and other white supremacists see him as a champion of their values."
In part, she's right, but only in part.
Dirtbags like David Duke only like Trump for his immigration stance.
But Trump's immigration stance, while it satisfies white supremacists like Duke, is really about national security. He doesn't want a bunch of ISIS infiltrators immigrating into the country to do their harm. Duke only wants white people in the USA, and that doesn't include Jews or other ethnicities but his.
And when it comes to national security, well, Hillary Clinton is an expert on how to screw that up. She worries as much about national security as a shark worries about a guppy.
Trump replied to Clinton's stupid statement with: "Wow, Hillary Clinton was SO INSULTING to my supporters, millions of amazing, hard-working people. I think it will cost her at the Polls."
Donald Trump is apparently scaring Hillary Clinton and that's a good thing.
