BREAKING UPDATE: SWAT takes out suspect at a Texas Walmart

Amarillo, Texas -- A suspect who took hostages at a Walmart this afternoon was shot and killed by a SWAT team.

City officials reported an "active shooter incident" at 12:30 p.m. local time.

"We do consider this a work-place violence situation at this point," the sheriff's office reported. A Walmart employee to local KDFA that the gunman had released one worker and the store manager but remained inside the store.

Other witnesses said that an employee took another employee hostage.

Police said they were looking for a Somali man wearing khaki pants, KFDA said. Shoppers were being evacuated by police.

A nearby bank and day care center went on lockdown when the incident began and police closed off local streets.

It is likely that many will call this workplace violence and those on the left will call for more gun control, but if the incident was "inspired" by Inspire Magazine, or some other Islamic call for violence, rest assured that President Obama will do everything in his power not to scare the public with the truth.

UPDATE: The gunman has been identified. Can you guess his first name? Let me give you a hint--it starts with an "M" and has "mad" in it.

The armed suspect was 54-year-old Mohammad Moghaddam was a Walmart employee. He had indeed taken 2 workers hostage, one of whom was the store manager.

Mohammad was shot and killed and nobody has a clue as to why he went all "workplace violent" during Ramadan.
