How many laws does it take for a Clinton to break before they have to defend themselves in court?
Now we have found dozens of emails released by the State Department that belonged to Hillary Clinton to have contained classified information as deemed by that department.
With the release of about 3,900 emails, over 200 have been marked "B1," meaning they contain classified information. There were over 100 "B5" emails that refer to internal deliberations by the president and they are exempt from disclosure to Congress and the public.
Almost all of the emails were "confidential" and at least 3 so far, are "secret." That level is sensitive enough to cause serious damage to our national security if made public.
Officials upgraded the classification level of parts of 215 emails, State Department spokes snuffy John Kirby said. "The information we upgraded today was not marked classified at the time the emails were sent. It has been subsequently upgraded."
That's no excuse. The secretary of state should know what's classified and what isn't. The secretary of state should not use a private server for those emails and then lie to the American people about not sending or receiving classified emails. Then changing the lie to not sending or receiving emails marked classified.
But why blame Hillary for lying when it's just another vast right wing conspiracy? After all, how can she be the first woman president of the United States if serving time in Federal prison?
