Whistleblower Jamie Reed |
Washington University Transgender Center at the St. Louis Children's Hospital performed "transition treatment [aka gender mutilation along with puberty blockers and hormone therapy] on confused or easily manipulated children. The clinic initially denied treating anyone below the age of 18, but that was as true as Joe Biden's claim that he was at Ground Zero the day after 911. Several whistleblowers came forward and clinic records proved they were lying.
In another instance, one of their “therapists” recommended “transitioning” an entire class of fifth graders and somehow escaped prison or at least the loss of their license.
But despite public blowback, they refused to change their ways until the Missouri legislature finally enacted a ban on such barbaric treatment of children.

Finally, the Center has announced that they will “no longer prescribe puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones to minors for purposes of gender transition.” But what if they don't abide by state law? I trust these pink and blue haired ideologues as much as I trust sushi at a secluded Missouri gas station.
The Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital “will no longer prescribe puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones to minors for purposes of gender transition,” the university claimed Monday. It was this center that sparked state legislators to draft the new law barring hormone therapy for kids under 18 after whistleblower Jamie Reed came forward earlier this year.
Ms. Reed worked for Washington University for a number of years, including the Transition Center and witnessed the disgusting horror stories with her own eyes. It was obvious that they were treating every confused child as transgender rather than actually exploring mental or emotional issues that might have been causing the confusion. It was obvious to Reed that the clinic was ruining more lives than it "saved."
Washington University is halting "treatment" for all patients, not because they have finally understood that what they were doing is wrong, but instead cite "legal liabilities" as to why they're halting all treatment.
So now gender confused children will be given the time to outgrow the current mental state they find themselves in, as is the case more often than not. And the so called "therapists" and medical staff will have to find an alternative income avenue.
Excellent move, Missouri.
