Biden is confused as to why people say he needs a cognitive test

President Joseph Robinette Biden was urged by Republicans to take a cognitive test like the one President Trump had taken and aced. They say his "mental decline" has become obvious but Biden responded by saying he was confused as to why anyone would think he was Scottish.

Almost 40 Republicans are calling for the 79-year-old head of the free world to take the test as it has become increasingly more obvious that he appears lost, angry, moody, confused and apparently on one occasion at least, crapped his skivvies while mumbling with the Pope.

Recent polls have indicated that Americans are unsure of "Amtrak Joe's" mental fitness for office, but many worry that if he's removed by the 25 Amendment, his replacement would be even worse.

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) was the former physician to President Trump. He spearheaded a letter along with 37 GOP colleagues to Biden on Tuesday, voicing their "concern" with Biden's addled brain in its "current cognitive state." 

A Venus Flytrap has more strategic planning for the future than the alleged president expresses.

"My colleagues and I are again asking President Biden to immediately undergo a formal cognitive screening exam, such as the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA)," Jackson emailed to Fox News Digital.

"As a former physician to three Presidents of the United States, I know what it takes mentally and physically to execute the duties of Commander-in-Chief and Head of State," Jackson continued. "Joe Biden has continually proven to me and to the world that something isn’t right. The American people deserve to have absolute confidence in their President’s cognitive ability."

Jackson said on a hot mic that if Biden would only take the test, he would prove to the world that his judgment is gone. "I hope he takes the bait. I have a pet rock that could beat him in checkers," Jackson was heard saying to a colleague. "If he takes the test, that alone would prove his judgment is messed up."

Jackson said out loud that Biden’s taking "the cognitive test will be an important first step" in reassuring Americans that the president is fit for office or "in identifying and properly treating symptoms of impairment that are consistent with a variety of cognitive diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, Parkinson’s, or multiple sclerosis."

"This is not a partisan issue [LOL]. When I discussed taking a cognitive test with President Trump, he was eager to assure the American people and to put the fake news media’s stories to bed," the former presidential doctor wrote. "Why won’t President Biden do the same?"

Probably because he was ordered not to.

"We can only assume the worst if he doesn’t submit to the same standard that his own party demanded of the last Administration," he added. "The precedent has been set," Jackson said, forgetting about the double-standard the Democrats always use. 

In the letter, the lawmakers wrote that they "believe that, regardless of gender, age, or political party, all Presidents should follow the example set by former President Trump to document and demonstrate sound mental abilities."

"While you underwent your annual physical exam on November 19, 2021, you either did not face a cognitive test or those results were withheld from the public," they continued, adding that while the current physician to the president cleared Biden physically, the lawmakers "are worried about your mental abilities."

"The Alzheimer’s Association lists ‘changes in mood and personality,’ including being more ‘easily upset’ as one of ten signs of mental decline," they wrote. "You displayed this type of mood change during a cabinet meeting on January 24, 2022, when you apparently did not know your microphone was on after finishing your opening remarks, and you called a White House reporter a ‘stupid son of a bitch’ in response to a question he asked on inflation."

And we also need to consider the fact that Biden didn't have much going for him even before his brain became the consistency of scrambled eggs. He finished at the bottom of his law class and was almost kicked out of school for plagiarism. He also plagiarized the speeches of other politicians [DuckDuckGo it] and was never the sharpest knife on the Christmas tree. So his mental decline didn't have far to go for his current mental state.

Biden did not agree to take any tests because there would be nobody in the room he could cheat off of, but he did respond to Jackson directly saying, "Look, look, I can kick your butt, buddy. Let's go out behind the gym and I'll show you . . . what's this, never mind."
