White people be aware: you are all racists, according to the Salvation Army and their new woke ideology. If you were born with less melanin than a Black person, you are guilty. You need to say that you're sorry for the way you were born. Somehow it's your fault.

“We must stop denying the existence of individual and systemic/institutional racism. They exist, and are still at work to keep White Americans in power,” they claim. 

So what system in which institution exists that is racist? Tell me so that I will know and can thereby boycott it or do something to fight that institution. Name the institution and the policy or policies that make it racist.

The truth is, they can't, but what they do instead is change the definition of "racist." 

The Salvation Army is clearly not saving any souls with their rhetoric. In fact, they seem to be condemning our souls unless we repent for something we cannot change: our skin color and our history.

How disgusting and trite--nobody should go along with this racist thinking.

If our inebriated great grandfather ran over a person with a horse and wagon and killed him, should we have to pay restitution and/or feel guilty for his actions? I'm fine taking responsibility for mine, but I refuse to buy the ticket for a guilt trip.

Sure, we as a nation were not perfect and, like every other major nation, we had slavery. The first slave holder in the United States, Anthony Johnson, was Black, by the way, but that isn't the point. The point is that while England was the first country to abolish slavery, America fought the Civil War to end it and over half a million White folks died in the cause. And yes, there are white supremacists, but their numbers are small compared to the hype given to them by the Left.

When it comes to our institutions, we have federal labor laws that prohibit discrimination based on race, gender and age. We are the most non-racist country on the planet, which is why being called a racist is so powerful.

The Salvation Army has become woke and I, for one, will no longer throw my spare change in their pot while a Santa [often White] rings his bell for donations. There are other organizations that do G-d's work and aren't populated by virtue signaling people who would tear down statues of our founding fathers, but would have held slaves if they had been born at our founding, even though they would deny it.

Because that was then.

Where are those virtue signalers speaking out against slavery that still exists today, particularly in the Middle East?
