Biden believes the story of Hanukkah is "undeniably American' because he's demented

but Allah and Anthony Fauci comes in second

It isn't nice to say the President of the United States, Joe Biden, is a schmuck, so you didn't hear it from me.

This bag of gas, this house plant, this horror of a president released a statement wishing Jewish people in America a happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate the holiday on Sunday, commemorating the first night.

Hanukkah, also known as the “Festival of Lights,” honors the rededication of Jewish worship at the Second Temple following it’s desecration. Some people think of it as Jewish Christmas, but it is not at all the same.

Hanukkah commemorates the victory by the small Jewish army known as the Maccabees in the fight against the army of King Antiochus IV. At the time, around 168 BC, the Seleucid Greek empire ruled over Jerusalem and criminalized Jewish practice.

The holiday [comes from the words "holy day"] has nothing to do with America, although Jewish Americans celebrate it by lighting the menorah for eight days, starting with the first candle then adding one each additional night. The tradition comes from the fact that the Jewish temple had only enough oil to burn for one night, but miraculously, the oil lasted for eight nights.

But never expect Joe Biden to get anything right.

“At its core, Hanukkah recounts a story at the heart of the human spirit — one that is inherently Jewish and undeniably American,” the peperomia plant announced in a White House press statement.

With that kind of logic, we can say anything can be "undeniably American." It's kind of like mental plagiarizing, you know, Joe's specialty.

Biden even compared Thanksgiving in that it focuses on giving thanks for the miracles in one’s life, like the miracle of Hanukkah and the oil miracle.

“It teaches us that even a little bit of light, wherever it is found, can dispel the darkness and illuminate a path forward,” he continued, taking the words from an unknown source as far as we know at this time.

“And it reminds us that whether it is the Holy Temple in Jerusalem or the temple of our democracy, nothing broken or profaned is beyond repair.” Holy mackerel!

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken also sent holiday greetings, through his Twitter account.

“Happy Hanukkah! May this festival bring hope to build back a brighter future — and may we all remember that ‘a little bit of light pushes away a lot of darkness,'” Blinken tweeted, quoting Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, founder of the Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidic movement. “Chag Sameach, from my family to yours.”

Mazel tov Joe. Don't wander too far from a john.

Happy Hanukkah to my Jewish friends!
