MSNBC's Joy Reid compares religious right to the Taliban

"Melitta, domi adsum!"

Maybe it takes a homophobe like MSNBC's Joy Reid to pretend she has the moral high ground by attacking the religious right, comparing them to the Taliban, but she comes off as not very smart, however, nobody ever said that she's the brightest light in the cookie jar.

Now that the Taliban has taken over Afghanistan now that the brain-addled President Biden tries to pull out all the troops and private contractors, calling Americans who think differently than she tries to think, sounds rather lame.

How does this cretin come up with such crappy analogies?

Well, for one, she says the religious right in the United States, like the Taliban, want to force women out of the workforce and "solely into childbirth," much like the trashy "The Handmaid's Tale." Where she comes up with this notion is a mystery--I know many on the religious right and not one of them thinks this way.

This may be anecdotal and not necessarily factual, but where is Reid's data coming from? I suspect she gets a lot of her data from her nether regions.

"This is the real-life Handmaid's Tale," she tweeted, comparing the debacle in Afghanistan to the novel and dystopian drama series "The Handmaid's Tale," where women are portrayed as property and forced to bear children. It's a novel, Joy, a sexist, misandrous leftist novel.

"A true cautionary tale for the U.S., which has our own far religious right dreaming of a theocracy that would impose a particular brand of Christianity, drive women from the workforce and solely into childbirth, and control all politics," the insane tweet continued.

The blowback on social media was quick:

"You know nothing of Christianity," tweeted Jessica O'Donnell of The Blaze.

Steve Krakauer asked whether Reid's tweet was "Dumb Or Evil," saying there was no third option.

And the list goes on.

Reid got caught tweeting homophobic slurs in 2018 and since deleted it, claiming her Twitter account was hacked and eventually admitting it wasn't. She is apparently just a dishonest person who continues along the same path.
