The following is fiction, but I don't have to tell you that.
Oglethorpe, GA -- Summer Fawn Buckley, a transgender woman, noticed "her" tummy was growing and growing which could only mean one thing -- "she" was going to have a baby.
Summer Fawn, formerly known as Buck Lee Buckley and the local high school band tuba player back in the day, went to see "her" psychiatrist, Dr. Max Tout.
Dr. Tout told "her" after a brief medical observation of "her" tummy, that "she" needed to immediately check into the local hospital and ask to see his colleague, Dr. Jim Schortz, a specialist in a particular medical procedure relevant to "her" situation. "Mention my name to Doctor Schortz and he'll take good care of you," Tout said.
Naturally Summer Fawn listened to "her" psychiatrist, because he never gave bad advice and respected his recent change in "her" sexual identity.
The procedure took around ninety minutes.
When Summer Fawn finally awoke, "she" asked the nurse to kindly show "her" the beautiful thing that grew inside "her" tummy.
The nurse returned with a clear plastic sack. Inside the sack was a round, cuddly mass of cyst cells.
Summer Fawn beamed "her" delight.
"It looks just like you," the nurse said sardonically.
Summer Fawn's eyes began to water. "I think I'll name him or her Pat."
