Scene from "Dumb and Dumber" |
Now that Yahya Sinwar has been killed, along with other commanders such as: Hassan Nasrallah, Ismali Haniyeh, Mohammed Deif, Marwan Issa, Fuad Shukr, Ibrahim Aqil, Nabil Kaouk, Taleb Abdallah, and Ahmed Wahbi, Hezbollah, Hamas, Biden and Harris would like Israel to stop fighting the terrorists.
Imagine if what happened to Israel last Oct. 7th, happened in a Texas border town, for example. Would we listen to another government tell us to stop fighting the terrorists who killed our women and babies? Would we stop at a time we were winning the fight?
But more than Hezbollah and Hamas demanding an end to the war, they want Israel to surrender. It's like a Monty Python skit [sorry kids, it's before your time] where the Black Knight is Hamas or Hezbollah:
While Harris and Biden praised the death of Yahya Sinwar in Rafah, on Thursday, a city in which they warned Israel to stay clear of for the winter and spring, now they want Israel to pack it in, go home and chalk the war up to an unfortunate set of circumstances that befell those 1,400 Jews.
Somehow, the American brain trust [LOL] think Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should simply declare victory in Gaza and go home.
Anyone with more than a pair of brain neurons to rub together knows that if Israel fails to end Hamas and Hezbollah mission, it would merely be the end of a round in the fight. Both Hamas and Hezbollah have vowed to end Israel no matter how long it takes, so Israel must end them.
Alleged President Joe Biden said in a statement: “This is a good day for Israel, for the United States, and for the world.” He added, “To my Israeli friends, this is no doubt a day of relief and reminiscence, similar to the scenes witnessed throughout the United States after President Obama ordered the raid to kill Osama Bin Laden in 2011.”
But killing bin Laden did not end the war waged by al-Qaeda against the US, nor did Obama's withdrawal of troops from Iraq in 2012 for his political gain do anything to end the conflict. Merely two years later, we redeployed to fight al-Qaeda-linked ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
Lest we forget, Biden was the guy in the room telling Obama not to kill bin Laden. Biden knows as much about foreign affairs as Kamala Harris knows about achievement by merit.
Both Biden and Harris like to see Netanyahu as the problem but it's Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas who started this war and it seems like nobody is pressuring them to end it and return the hostages home.
It wouldn't surprise me to learn that the Biden-Harris administration sent condolence cards to Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and the rest of the so called squad.
