They tried twice, perhaps thrice to assassinate former President Donald Trump. He is still standing and is still running for a second term. The Democrats have continuously attacked him with lawfare ever since he ran for President and won the first time. Biden won in 2020 in spite of the ill-begotten votes, but let's just say he won.
With the election just three weeks away, the Party of the unqualified dummy, Kamala Harris, is having a conniption over the good possibility that she will lose and some people in her Party are considering not certifying a Trump victory in November.
This kind of trolling attacks really are, in effect, attacks against democracy. We know that when/if Trump wins, there will be gnashing of teeth, meltdowns of epic proportions, claims the election was fixed, and nobody in Hollywood doing what they promised to do if Trump wins.

It's all talk and the talk is balderdash.
Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said that Trump "is doing whatever he can to try to interfere with the process, whether we're talking about manipulating electoral college counts in Nebraska or manipulating the vote count in Georgia or imposing other kinds of impediments."

Actually, it's the legacy press/media that's doing the interfering in the sense that they are clearly on the side of the Democratic Party and have not reported accurately or fairly. The things they fail to report has a greater impact on voter sway than what they do report, and the lies they get caught telling is always in the same direction: they go against the GOP.
On a positive note, Democratic leaders appear to be willing and prepared to certify a Trump victory, so the dissenters like Raskin, are a tiny minority. When he was asked if he believes a Trump win would be free, fair, and honest, he said, "I definitely don't assume that."
Meanwhile, it was the Democrats who attacked Trump for assuming the same thing about the Biden victory. If Trump wins, there will be much complaining, wailing, screaming toward the clouds, and environmentally induced trichotillomania.
