Peace on You, Taliban Scum

As an ex-Marine, Vietnam veteran, and patriot, the story about the Marines peeing upon the dead remains of Taliban scumbags disturbed me. I cannot believe they did that--I cannot believe they were so thoughtless to have recorded their deed. But I sure can't blame them for taking the pause that refreshes on the very people who tried to kill them, and go around gassing little girls who want to go to school, shoot women in the head for opening the door for he bread man, and think it's swell killing as many Jews and Christians as they can.  They just shouldn't have recorded it, because they were bound to be discovered.

But with that said, what should happen to those guys? In the video (above), there was a survey that asked that question.  Around 40% who were surveyed said that it was wrong to pee on them, but they should not be punished for it.  Fully 47% were totally against it and said the Marines should be punished.  And 13% supported it and said that they hoped their aim when peeing was as good as it was when they returned fire (I made that part up). So, 53% in all felt they shouldn't be punished, while most of them felt it was wrong, while only 13% felt it was naughty.  The TV station, WTSP, a CBS affiliate in Florida, seemed to make a bigger case for the 13% against it than the 53% who wouldn't punish the men--but since when has CBS meant anything more than the left wing of the left wing?


I read an interesting tweet yesterday about this. It said "Conservatives get pissed off when someone pees on the flag. Liberals get pissed off when someone pees on terrorists."  I think that sums it up.

It's okay for Taliban to do what they do, and it remains unreported by the pussycats in the mainstream media. They try to kill a rabbi and his family in New Jersey after a series of attacks on synagogues there, they sodomize and beat Gaddafi, they behead reporters and nothing is done.  Why? Because they are Muslim and that would be Politically Incorrect behavior if we mentioned that little fact.  Well, I mention it in my novel, Jihad Joe (a plug of my book if I ever saw one), and I believe the story is cogent and important in today's world.
