We the People

We the people of the United States have reached a time in our history where it is necessary to take a stand. The nation has become divided, with those on one side calling for a "nanny government" where every aspect of our daily lives would be overseen by laws, while those on the other side realize that the government has gotten too large, the President has side-stepped the highest law of our land, the United States Constitution, and something needs to change.

For me, the last straw came yesterday when the president decided to have his enlightening jobs speech at the same exact time as the Republican Presidential Debate. His snarky Press Secretary, Jay Carney, chalked the scheduling conflict up to coincidence, and thought he'd get away with it because he thought he was the smartest guy in the room. Turns out Carney is a con and people see him for who he is.
Feigned honesty

Fortunately, John Boehner didn't give in to this obvious attempt of our arrogant president to overshadow an important GOP debate by making yet another empty campaign speech. He politely said 'no' and this was the first time in US history that a president was turned down to appear before the joint congress. Had Boehner acquiesced to Obama's last minute request, three GOP candidates would have been unable to debate. How dare Obama ask this of Republicans, but I can bet you he will use Boehner's refusal to allow him to give his job-plan speech (yeah, sure), as an indictment against the GOP to work in a bipartisan manner with our king.

Priorities first
Obama's American agenda seems clear: he wants to change America--he has not denied this, and even admitted this when he was initially campaigning for office. Like his Communist parents, he believes the USA isn't good enough. Like his spiritual mentor, Jeremiah Wright, America should be damned, unless it changes. The USA is ordinary, just like other western nations. He is a "pretend president," and has sold out our closest allies, particularly Israel. Is it his Muslim roots, with their inherent anti-Semitic underpinnings? Perhaps, but that's almost irrelevant because the damage has been done. What intelligent world leader would trust us after what Obama has done to our only real Middle East friend?

I am also quite tired and bored being called a racist because I don't happen to support, who I believe, is an incompetent president. I do not believe that he is incompetent because of his race, I believe he is incompetent because of his lack of effectiveness as our leader, and dangerous because of his political philosophy. He runs the country on speeches and excuses--it doesn't work for me and for most Americans because speeches and excuses do nothing to create jobs, improve a failing economy, and keep America strong. Obama has made promises and has delivered on none. His ObamaCare has shredded the Constitution. His proposal to decrease defense spending has made one group of people happy--our enemies. His green jobs program has thrown money down the toilet and created nothing but what one expects to get from a toilet.

Go, my rant has ended. Leave in peace, and under no circumstances should you vote for this socialist-Marxist incompetent. But remember one thing before you go--Ron Paul believes 9-11 is America's fault--proof that idiots exist on both sides of the aisle.
