Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow, [aka 3M] the Democrat eyeing a 2026 U.S. Senate run, just couldn't hold it together in a viral clip that's making the rounds. The Notre Dame alum, who's risen to majority whip while crusading hard for abortion rights post-Roe, admitted she'd straight-up lose control if she bumped into Justices Amy Coney Barrett or Brett Kavanaugh out in the wild.
In the undated video, blasted out on X by Townhall, McMorrow's fielding a question on the Court's conservative tilt when she drops this gem, fuming that Barrett sharing her alma mater makes her "furious" on a "personal level."
"I talked to somebody yesterday who said they saw her with Brett Kavanaugh at a tailgate last weekend. I was like, 'I would not be able to control myself,'" McMorrow said. "That would be a bad— there would be beers thrown in people’s faces."
A sitting state lawmaker and Senate hopeful casually joking about hurling beers at Supreme Court justices. Because nothing says "mature leadership" like fantasizing about battery over policy disagreements. Would she also moon them on Capitol Hill and maybe stick her tongue out at them?
McMorrow's office and campaign went radio silent when conservative outlet The Daily Wire pressed for comment. Shocker, now she had nothing to say.
This isn't some isolated hot take, it's part of a pattern. Remember Chuck 'Nostrils' Schumer in 2020, name-checking Kavanaugh and Gorsuch on the steps of the Court: "You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions."
Chief Justice Roberts rightly called it out as "dangerous." Then, post-Dobbs in 2022, that armed nut-job showed up at Kavanaugh's house ready to assassinate him.
Fast-forward: McMorrow's one of the Dems jockeying to replace retiring Sen. Gary Peters in a race Republicans are salivating over. At 39, she's been in the state Senate since 2019, laser-focused on advocating for the killing the unborn.
And let's not forget, earlier this year, she cozied up at a fundraiser with far-left blogger Rebecca Schoenkopf, who dropped a piece titled "Second Amendment Comes for Charlie Kirk" just a day after the conservative activist's assassination. Classy crowd.
Look, if this is the "resistance" vibe Dems are riding into 2026, good luck selling that to swing-state voters tired of the rage machine. Threatening justices, even "jokingly," isn't edgy; it's reckless, especially when real attempts have already happened. Time for some self-control lessons, Senator, and get someone to hold your beer.

If you like Brain Flushings and want to Buy Me a Coffee, I would appreciate it, as it supports my work. Obviously, there is no pressure but I certainly wouldn't stop you. Imagine, you could be the first on your block to do that and your friends will thank you . . . for some reason.
