Illegal border crosser allegedly sexually abused 14-year-old child with disabilities

An illegal alien is alleged to have sexually abused a 14-year-old child with disabilities in Frederick County, Maryland, according to police.

Ricardo Cruz Mendoza, a 37-year-old scumcrumpet, was arrested in April and has since been charged with four counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual offense.

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office said that Mendoza sexually abused a 14-year-old minor with disabilities. This office works directly with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through the 287 (g) program to quickly contact the agency when illegal aliens are apprehended and charged with crimes.

“This is yet another example of the value of the 287(g) program to public safety in Frederick County,” Sheriff Chuck Jenkins said of the arrest. The program is a thorn in the side of not only criminal illegal aliens, but also to the Biden administration and the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. He would like to get rid of the 287(g) program in order to allow an increase in illegal immigration.

In May 2021, for instance, Mayorkas claimed the 287(g) program has “pernicious practices,” though he did not cite examples because he has none.
