FBI raids home of admitted [failed] assassin of Brett Kavanaugh: NY Times buries the story

Federal agents raided the home of the 26-year-old loser liberal who attempted to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh at his home.

The agents broke down the door of his family home Wednesday evening in Simi Valley, California, a 78.54% white, 10.42% Asian; 4.99% two or more races; and 4.19% other, community. About 1.2% of Simi Valley is black but the liberal suspect in this case is white.

Agents seized boxes of evidence as part of a federal search warrant, CBS Los Angeles reported. The suspect had been arrested earlier in the day outside of Justice Kavanaugh's home and he allegedly told authorities that he intended to kill Kavanaugh [to prevent him from voting to give the authority on whether a baby can be killed  back to the states] by overturning the Roe v. Wade decision.

“Threats of violence and actual violence against the justices strike at the heart of our democracy,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said following the arrest. But Garland is fine with protesters doing their thing outside of the homes of judges and SCOTUS justices as long as these officials are thought to be conservative leaning.

The suspect, whose name doesn't deserve mentioning, arrived via cab outside Kavanaugh's home carrying a backpack and a suitcase. He was surprised to see that the justice's home was being guarded by two U.S. deputy marshals and he immediately fell apart like a pussy willow in the wind of destiny and walked down the street before calling a Montgomery County, Maryland, police hotline, saying that he was thinking of killing himself, which doesn't seem plausible if he retreated so quickly.

Police took him into custody and began interviewing the scumcrumpet, who allegedly admitted to planning Kavanaugh’s murder because he evidently didn't want to be nobody his entire life.

Special Agent Ian Montijo wrote in the criminal complaint against the wanna-be assassin, whose will be referred to as Booger, just because I want to.

“Booger then told the detective that he was upset about the leak of a recent Supreme Court draft decision regarding the right to abortion as well as the recent school shooting in Uvalde, Texas,” Montijo wrote in the complaint. “Booger indicated that the Justice that he intended to kill would side with Second Amendment decisions that would loosen gun control laws.”

Booger is obviously too stupid to see the irony of bringing a gun to be use as a tool to get that tool banned.

“Booger stated that he began thinking about how to give his life a purpose and decided that he would kill the Supreme Court Justice after finding the Justice’s Montgomery County address on the Internet. Booger further indicated that he had purchased the Glock pistol and the other items for the purpose of breaking into the Justice’s residence and killing the Justice as well as himself,” Montijo added.

Montijo noted that a search of the alleged assassin's backpack and suitcase “revealed a black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles, and other items.”

And a partridge in a pear tree.

Booger was charged with “Attempts to kidnap or murder, or threatens to assault, kidnap or murder a United States Judge, to wit: a current Justice of the United States Supreme Court.” If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison but if Democrats have their way, he would receive 20 "attaboys" and a tour of the Oval Office.

The New York Times, a canary cage crap catcher, has buried the story as has the legacy media. Had the failed assassin gone after Sonia Sotomayor, for example, this would be on page one for at least until the midterm elections.
