JD Vance totally supports Israel, Biden-Harris, not so much

Republican candidate for Vice President, Senator JD Vance (R-OH) eviscerated the Biden-Harris duo for doing nothing to bring the Israeli hostages home that were kidnapped by Hamas a year ago today after the deadly invasion attack.

Vance spoke at the Philos Project's Memorial Rally and March on the National Mall, in Washington, D.C. He put Biden and Harris in his verbal crosshairs.

"I'm going to get a little political here. It is disgraceful that we have an American president and vice president who haven't done a thing," Vance said. "Vice President Harris, our message is, ‘Bring them home.’ Use your authority to help bring them home. We can do it. We just need real leadership."

Iran-backed Hamas terrorists attacked Israel on October 7 last year, resulting in a massacre that killed about 1,200 people, including 46 Americans, and captured around 250 hostages. One year later, around 100 people, including several Americans, remain held by Hamas. Efforts led by the U.S. to negotiate a ceasefire and secure the release of the hostages have not been successful.

This attack led to a war in Gaza, as Israel has been working to eliminate Hamas and rescue the hostages. According to the health ministry in Gaza, which is run by Hamas, more than 41,000 Palestinians have been killed in Israel's military operations. The ministry does not separate the numbers of militants and civilians in their reports.

On Sunday Harris came under fire for her typical long-winded "word salad" where she seemed to be unable to fully commit to Israel during her interview with CBS' "60 Minutes."

But Vance strongly supported Israel saying former President Trump will stand with Israel and ensure it can defend itself and make certain the hostages are brought back home.

"I speak for Donald Trump and saying that when he is president, America will protect our American Jewish brothers and sisters. We will stop funding anti-American and anti-Jewish radicals. And we are going to bring home American hostages wherever they're held and whoever is holding them," he said.

"We want to give Israel the right and the ability to finish what Hamas started. Israel didn't start this. Hamas did. But Israel is going to finish it," Vance continued.
